Q. How do I place an order?

The easiest way to begin is to click on the item from our site that you would like to purchase.Each product listing has an “Add to cart” button on the right hand side of the page. Click on this button and you will see your product being added to your Trolley - this is shown as an animation.

Q. In what currency do you accept payment?

We accept payment in AUS$ only.

Q. Is the price include or exclude GST?

All our prices are EXCLUDING GST

Q: What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master and American Express) and PAYPAL. We also accept Bank Deposit, EFT and by Cheque. Payment details are provided on the invoice.

Q: Can you Do Custom Printing?

Yes we do custom printed carry products for all categories at very economical rates.

Q: What format do you prefer for artwork files?

In order to prevent delays and minimise costs, print ready artwork in high resolution CMYK pdf or tiff formats are preferred. However vector formats such as ai files and eps files may be used if converted to CMYK and supplied with all fonts and PMS colour codes.

Q: Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?

Yes, anywhere in Australia within our courier range (almost 95% places covered)

Q: What is the delivery charge?

We offer discounted delivery charge for all major cities within Australia. The delivery charge can be calculated in check-out process before placing the order. In shopping cart page you will find “Estimate Shipping Cost” calculation zone where you can put your state and postcode and click on GET A QUOTE – we will provide delivery charge for your order immediately.

Q: Do you ship orders outside of Australia?

No, we only ship to addresses within Australia.

Q: How long does dispatch and delivery take?

Items are generally sent within 24 hours of payment being received. Once items are dispatched, regular courier delivery times apply - however, you will be able to trace your delivery online during the entire shipment. All of our items are covered by transit insurance so in the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, WholesaleTShirt will replace at our cost.

Q: What happens if some of my orders are damaged in transit?

Great care is taken in packing your orders however if you have any breakages in transit then contact us and we’ll be happy to replace or refund your account with prior arrangement.

Q: Can I send items to a different address from my billing address?

Yes you are able to send an item to an address other than your billing address. To do this, simply enter the address you wish to have the item delivered to in the “Shipping Address” field. The invoice for your purchase will be emailed directly to the email address on your account.

Q: How do I know when my order has been sent?

Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with details on how to track the delivery online.

Q: How are orders sent and what happens if I’m not home for delivery?

Your order will be sent via courier, a receipted delivery service within Australia. With this service, a Courier driver will attempt delivery of your item and if there is no one at home, they will leave a note so you can contact them to collect your delivery or reschedule for delivery.

Q: My order has not arrived. What can I do?
